You can also find us at JOYclub!
Please be advised: Should you call while we are engaged in a massage session, we might not be able to pick up at once. Please leave us a massage with your wishes and contact information so we can call you back as soon as we can.
Short-term appointments for the same day are usually possible. You can pay us a spontaneous visit to see if one of our masseuses is available, but should all masseuses be in session we will not be able to open the door – which would be a shame. Giving us a call beforehand is the safer option.
If you have made an appointment, please come at the specified time to avoid overlapping appointments with other guests as well as waiting times. We ask that you give us a call 2 hours before your appointment to confirm your arrival. Should your arrival be delayed or should you not be able to visit after all, please inform us as soon as possible via SMS or telephone. We will greet you with “Massage Institute Shiva” from Cologne.
Your route to us
