Before the actual nuru massage, you have the opportunity to take a warm shower. The nuru gel is then prepared: it is slightly warmed and generously applied. The masseuse begins with gentle touches and then gradually increases the intensity of the body-to-body movements.
In the Nuru Wellness, the body-to-body elements are combined with classic massage techniques. In the Nuru Deluxe, the focus is consistently on the intensive body-to-body experience. In both variations, you determine the pace and intensity — your boundaries are respected at all times.
After the massage, a shower is available to wash off the gel. Fresh towels are provided. If desired, you can spend a moment relaxing in our rest area afterward.
